What is Counselling or Psychotherapy?

At NW Therapy  you will be accepted and supported, in a non-judgmental way with what you want to talk about, and the things that are bothering you. 
The sessions are contracted and confidential. 
Therapy takes the form of regular sessions of personal interaction, with a clinically trained Mental Health Professional, and Counsellor.
