Working in a creative way enables you to tap into tap into unconscious and deeply held beliefs and feelings.
With NW Therapy you can be facilitated to tap into your creative being and express your self beyond words, at times. Working in this way can include using music, dance, drama, visual art, writing, and some types of play therapy.
We can also work through story-telling, using found objects, and walking sessions in natural environments can also be arranged if you feel this will facilitate your individual process.
At NW Therapy I work in an integrative way and do not solely use CREATIVE THERAPEUTIC APPROACHES.
