NW THERAPY SOLUTIONS

Gestalt Therapy

Gestalt Therapy is a holistic approach that can help you with relationships. You may change patterns of behaviour that are no longer helpful to you, and find resolution for past conflicts, or self-acceptance.

At NW Therapy when I work with this approach I will be fully present, validating, understanding, authentic and communicate openly with you. As I allow you to follow your own process, and gain increased awareness, freedom from blocks, unfinished business, and understanding of your own experiences.
Wholeness within the cycle of experience can be created with this approach, allowing you the possibility of change.

Working in this way often involves role play and creative ways of connecting with your inner world as you work towards self-acceptance and wholeness.

At NW Therapy I work in an integrative way, not solely Gestalt, tailoring my approach to you personally, working with many modalities according to your needs.

Call me at NW Therapy, on 07944897678, if you want to book a session.

Personal consultations, telephone, or face time sessions are available, if appropriate.

This snapshot is intended to inform and ease your concerns if you are considering coming to counselling. It is not a definitive explanation of a theoretical approach. If you are interested in theory, please research it yourself. The BACP website may be a good place to start.
