NW THERAPY SOLUTIONS

Cognitive Therapy

At NW Therapy I may at times use COGNITIVE THERAPY.

This approach aims to challenge negative viewpoints and help you to see things in a more positive way.

It can be useful for people suffering from DEPRESSION caused by past experience. Where the past experiences have altered self- perception, attitudes, emotional response, and the ability to cope because of negative thinking formed by those experiences.

At NW Therapy I work in an integrative way, not solely Utilising COGNITIVE THERAPY.

I tailor my approach to you personally, working with many modalities according to your needs.

Call me at NW Therapy, on 07944897678, if you want to book a session.

Personal consultations, telephone, or face time sessions are available, if appropriate.

This snapshot is intended to inform and ease your concerns if you are considering coming to counselling. It is not a definitive explanation of a theoretical approach. If you are interested in theory, please research it yourself. The BACP website may be a good place to start.
