I've spent many years learning how to improve life, studying theories and methods to help people with their mental health, and I will help you make the changes you want. Not just by trying to change the symptoms of the problem, but by addressing the root causes. So you can be confident, love yourself, feel happy and connected, with hope for the future while enjoying the present.

I began providing therapy over 25 years ago. I don’t judge, or shock easily you. I will be in your corner, provide you with information and strategies, respect you and listen to you.

My qualifications include training in:-
Humanistic/Person Centred (talking) Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Brief Solution Focused Therapy (BSFT), Mindfulness, Meditation, Transactional Analysis (TA), Psychodynamic Approaches, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). Hypnotherapy, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), Single Session Therapy (SST) or One at a Time Therapy (OAAT), Using Art in therapy, Approaches for healing trauma, Coaching and Training.
I am constantly keeping up to date with new approaches and refreshing my
Professional Training, and am an active Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I qualified as a Mental Health Professional over 25 years ago. Personal development has been a large part of my life, and I have helped people with all sorts of problems, in many different settings, situations, and from different cultures.

My qualifications and trainings include: BA (Hons), MSc (Hons) Social Work Studies (Mental Health pathways and CBT), Diploma in Social Work, Diploma in Mental Health, Diplomas in Counselling (integrative), Brief Solution Focused Counselling, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Hypnosis, Regression therapy, Single Session Therapy, working with Art, group work, and coaching.
