Nina Weltrowska
MBACP BA & MSc/DIP Qualified Counsellor / Psychotherapist & Mental Health Professional
About Me
Hello, and welcome. I’m Nina Weltrowska, an integrative therapist with a deep passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges and embrace meaningful change. My approach to therapy is as unique as each individual I work with—there is no “one size fits all.” Instead, I adapt my methods to suit your specific wants and needs, ensuring a tailored and effective therapeutic experience. My Journey When I was 17, I began working in London and faced some difficult and traumatic experiences. |
By my mid-twenties, I had made significant changes and started to rebuild my life. During this time, I realised how fortunate I had been to find the strength to heal and grow, and I felt a deep desire to give back. This led me to a career in mental health—a journey I’ve been on ever since.
Over the years, I’ve pursued extensive education, completing degree courses at SOAS, LSE, Royal Holloway and Bedford, and Brighton University. I qualified as a Mental Health Professional and Counsellor/Therapist in my thirties. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and groups in various roles, including social work, safeguarding, teaching, training, and specialisms in learning disabilities and dementia.
Today, I am an active member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and run my own private practice, offering compassionate, professional support to clients from all walks of life.
